Tennessee Football has jumped into the Top 10 of the AP Poll on Sunday.

After defeating No. 20 Florida in Knoxville on Saturday, Tennessee now sits at No. 8 in the AP Polls.

This is the first time that Tennessee has been in the AP Top 10 since Week 7 of the 2016 season. The Vols sat at No. 9 during that week.

This is also Tennessee’s fourth consecutive week in the AP Top 25 poll. Tennessee began at No. 24 after the first week of the season before climbing to No. 15 in week three and No. 11 in week four. The Vols now enter week five as one of the eight highest-ranked teams in all of college football.

Tennessee is the fourth-highest team from the SEC in the Top 25 sitting behind No. 1 Georgia, No. 2 Alabama, and No. 7 Kentucky. The Vols did jump past Arkansas after the Razorbacks’ slide following their loss to Texas A&M. Ole Miss sits at No. 14, Texas A&M is at No. 17, and Arkansas is at No. 20.

The AP Top 10 is as follows:

Georgia
